Books n Bubbles

Taking a small hiatus from Books n Bubbles.  The last crowd was huge, and left me with like a 5 day recovery period.  And half the crowd hadn’t read the book, MY book.  The nerve!

A book club like no other, we will read a shallow light hearted book and then get together and discuss it over a morning mimosa.  Readers can read, sippers can sip, do one or both and then jump on the ship!  Really this will be nothing more than an excuse to get together once a month or so and have fun.  If you are looking for a deep and meaningful group of well behaved humans you will not find it here.  Do not join us if you are sensitive, sensible or stuck up.  The last thing I need is for your sorry ass showing up and getting upset because I threw an “f” bomb.  It’s MY club.  I make the rules and there will be very few of them.

If you’re not a drinker you can still read along with us and just have  a cup of joe at the meeting (how boring).  “Bubbles” could even be beer (if you know me at all you know I’m against a “women’s” group just as I would be a “men’s” group).  If you aren’t a reader but want to join us for a mimosa that’s okay too.  You will never get in trouble for not doing your homework on my planet.  My life is busy too ya know.  I get you.
